At Singletons we want to provide you with the highest quality service in our store and as you shop online.  Below is some important information about our shipping policies.

  • You may place an order online or you may call our store 802.226.7666 and  speak with someone directly regarding on-line orders.
  • We receive and process orders within 24-48 hours and ship package Monday-Friday via USPS or FedEx.  Due to the perishable nature of the items we ship, perishables will only ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on where they are being shipped. We do not want our quality products sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, so we hope you understand we may hold your order for a few days until we can ship it and ensure if arrives to you as fresh as possible.
  • Due to the fact that our inventory changes from day to day, your credit card will not be charged until we verify that all the items you selected are available.  If we are out of an item or are waiting its delivery, we will contact you and offer the option of substituting your item with a comparable product or waiting for the item to be in stock. We try to keep our site up-to-date and appreciate our understanding.
  • We can only guarantee freshness of the quality Vermont Cheese that we ship when it is shipped next day.
  • Once your order has been process you will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information and can track your package if necessary through USPS or FedEx systems.
