Specialty Foods

In addition to our delicious Smoked Vermont Meats and Cheeses and Handmade Vermont Sausage, we carry a wide selection of specialty foods as well.  We carry ingredients perfect for Asian, Thai, or Indian dishes, as well as olives, capers, cornichons, and pates.  Mix these with our thinly sliced smoked salmon for delicious party hors d’oeuvres.

Vermont Wild Game Meats

In our open freezer we have wild game meats from Yankee Farmers Market, Cavendish Game Birds, and Misty Knoll Farms.  We carry elk, venison, ostrich, and buffalo in many cuts, as well as ground, which is great for burgers or chili. Cavendish Game Birds provides us with quality pheasants and boneless quail.

Prepared Meals

Want us to do the cooking for you?  We carry a section totally devoted to prepared meals.  These meals, which include shepherds pie, meat or veggie lasagna, and stuffed shells are ready to be put in the oven and served for dinner.  Most of the meals are “Heat & Eat.” Along with these home-style meals we have a large selection of fresh homemade soups, stews, and chowders.
